2025 Research Grant

2025 funding from the Brianna Marie Foundation will be crucial in advancing the Fetal Institute’s continued research efforts. It will allow them to conduct an animal experiment to validate the technique developed in their previous study and address the technical challenges they encountered. This support will also enable them to evaluate a medical device currently used in fetal therapy for a specific condition, expanding its potential applications. Additionally, the funding will help them continue refining an ideal shunting device for managing fetal thoracic fluid collections, including pleural and pericardial effusions, as well as type I CPAM. These contributions will significantly propel our mission to improve outcomes in fetal therapy.
